It is best for you to contact your insurance provider to ask if I am in-network with them or if they cover any percentage of out-of-network care. I can provide a superbill if you have out-of-network coverage through your insurance provider for reimbursement. In addition, I offer sliding scale rates if you are in financial need. These will be discussed on a case by case basis.
